We enjoyed a time of fun, food and fellowship and the gifts of course.
Deanna will make a great mom and my pray is all goes smoothly for her delivery.
I was asked to give a short devotion last night and couldn't help but remember the story I had just read in the bible a couple days prior. The story in Genesis 27 where
Rebekah helps her own son deceive his father. I realized not only then but through the years of raising our three children that the bulk of the responsibility lies at the feet of the mother. We are a very huge part in the life our children lives And never forget they see more than they hear and are so easily influenced. So be careful when molding and shaping those little ones because you only have one chance at it and the years pass by so quickly. Consistently is the key and they need that for security and of course Gods word being instilled in them on a daily basis.
Can't wait to hold Blake in my arms and start spoiling him. =>
